In the first quarter, Dick Smith Holdings has attained profit of $6.1 million which can be analyzed from the financial statements published by the organization (Hadlock and Pierce, 2010). It is analyzed that the sales growth forecast is to decrease from $1.3 billion to $1.2 billion when compared to the last financial year.
